7 Ways the Jewish Federation

Helps You Connect

1. Volunteer

The Jewish Federation’s Volunteer Center offers many opportunities to help around Pittsburgh every month.

2. Connect Your Kids

Got toddlers or teens? Our young families program gives you some free, fun activities to do with Jewish families. Check out our Apples and Honey Fall Festival and other kid-friendly programs.

3. Find Events Near You

This website lists Jewish community events all around Greater Pittsburgh, including ones near you.

Sign up to see events every week in your mailbox. No spam—we promise!

    4. Make Giving Easier

If you open a “donor-advised fund” with the Jewish Federation’s Jewish Community Foundation, you can make all of your charitable contributions online—even donations to non-Jewish organizations like schools and arts organizations. We do all the paperwork! Some people get more money back from their taxes by using a donor-advised fund, too.

    5. Get Help

If you or someone you love need assistance—from financial help to senior care to physical therapy—we can connect you to the right Jewish agencies that can meet your needs.

Whether you are looking for classes, Jewish day schools or Jewish pre-school, we’ve got you covered with programs for all ages.
