Advanced Community Active Threat Training (CATT)

Hone your self-defense skills in our four part CATT program.

This free, four-part course will address the following:

  • Block 1 explores the mind of an active shooter, predator versus prey, situational awareness, and survival mindset.
  • Block 2 explores basic self-defense using techniques such as Krav Maga and is hands on for those wishing to do so.
  • Block 3 explores weapons awareness and disarming techniques.
  • Block 4 incorporates Blocks 1-3, and builds on skills learned adding more advanced defensive tactics to include team tactics and reality based training.

Each block is approx. 45 minutes, you can attend any/all of them.
