College is very different this year and stress is increasing. Join us for an art-based support group for college-goers, where we will explore ways art making can help regulate the nervous system, decrease stress, stoke our imagination, help develop insight, connect us more deeply to our bodies, emotions, thoughts, and world views.
Bring any basic art supplies, drawing tools, and curiosity you can find!
(examples of materials: crayons, markers, colored pencils, gel pens, pastels, pencils, paper, paint, magazines, newspaper, found objects, glue, etc).
For our first session, you will need some blank paper and any drawing materials that have some variety of color.
No previous art making experience is required, just an open mind!
