Flow with us!

Join Kimmy Dueñas as she leads us through an Instagram Live Candle Lit Yoga flow! On Hanukkah we remember the power of illumination: the light within us, the light around us and the light that has guided us for thousands of years as a community. On this special fifth night of Hanukkah night, we will mark time and ritual with the intention of harnessing our own power and embracing our heritage. Through breath and movement, you will be guided in a short and sweet yoga flow practice to connect with your inner light. May the brightness of our light continue to illuminate our own lives as well as in our communities.

Kimmy Dueñas is a Jewish wellness educator, yoga teacher, and social justice advocate. She is passionate about creating safe and thoughtful spaces for people to develop deeper connections to their well-being, identity, and the world around them. While living in India in 2013, she became a devoted student of yoga and completed her certification from the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. Her practice inspired a call to action within her – a moral imperative to guide others to wellness as a restorative force in our world. Her passion for healing, led her to create ‘Learn.Grow.Rise.’ (LGR) a yoga, mindful living, and conscious activism community.

You can follow Kimmy on Instagram (@kimberlyariella) and see her work with at Learn.Grow.Rise.
