He’s been featured in the NY Times, Westchester Magazine, The Times of Israel, London Jewish Chronicle, NY Jewish Week and more. He gives weekly wine and cheese tastings in Whole Foods and other specialty stores as well as WeWork, Microsoft and other corporate events around the country.

Brent Delman, aka The Cheese Guy, started as a boutique wholesaler of various specialty foods in the New York area. In recent years he branched off to focus primarily on fine cheeses, his real passion. Twelve years ago, following through on his entrepreneurial spirit, his food business expertise and his love for cheese, the brand The Cheese Guy was born. Brent makes his own artisanal Kosher cheese. Avowed fans of The Cheese Guy include former Mets mgr. Terry Collins, Senator Joe Lieberman and news anchor Jane Pauley.
