Yinz ready for some family fall activities? Join YAD, Beth El Congregation in the South Hills, JCC and PJ Library for a fun-filled afternoon at Simmons Farm! This event will be split into two sessions alternating between activities in the greenhouse before venturing out to enjoy the time together.

  • Apple picking
  • Mini pumpkin decoration
  • Crafts and jewelry making

Session A: 2:00–3:00 PM greenhouse activities, 3:00-4:00 PM apple picking
Session B: 3:00–4:00 PM greenhouse activities, 4:00-5:00 PM apple picking

When you arrive, you’ll be directed to park on the grass lot. If necessary, a shuttle can take you to the greenhouse. Look for Jewish Federation signage and head to the registration table to check in with a Federation staff member (farm employees are available for directions as well).

Additional farm activities are available but are not covered by the Federation. Find the full list of what Simmons Farm offers here.
