Join herbalist Sara Weinreb for a virtual workshop on herbal medicine making and deepen your connection to the earth, the plants around you, and your physical being — all while bringing in Shabbat with community.
Together we’ll be making an immune-boosting batch of fire cider, an herb-infused oil (dip your challah into something extra tasty!), and a tea which will allow you to nourish yourself and your loved ones on Shabbat and beyond. Together, we’ll create our own medicines and herb-infused goodies.
With your RSVP you’ll receive the list of ingredients you’ll need, or you can just follow along to learn more about the world of herbalism and how you can create your own rituals connecting to nature and plants.
Our guest, Sara Weinreb is a writer, business strategist, and herbalist on a mission to support individuals and entrepreneurs in being kinder and more connected to each other, the planet, and themselves.
