Drew has spent almost 17 years as a synagogue Executive Director, from Santa Cruz, California, to Chicago to Pittsburgh. He wrote his Fellow in Temple Administration (FTA) thesis on hiring employees whose personal values are consistent with synagogue values.

Executive Director, Shapira Foundation
As Executive Director of the Shapira Foundation, Joshua works closely with the Foundation Chair and President to develop and advance philanthropic investments that leverage their extended philanthropic and civic interests and entrepreneurial approach to achieving impact.

Jenny has been working at the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh for over 12 years within the Finance and Accounting Department. Prior to joining the Federation staff, Jenny worked as an auditor with Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., where the Federation was one of her clients for 3 years.

As VP of Strategy and Analytics, Joshua is responsible for analyzing company performance data to identify challenges and opportunities, and then partnering with department heads to effect change.
