“Not your momma’s matzoh balls!”
Passover Cooking with Kosher Foodie David Chudnow
Lots of us will be missing our momma’s matzoh balls this year as we prepare to host our own Seders, but that doesn’t mean we have to go without any. Join the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh’s very own kosher foodie, David Chudnow, as he teaches us to cook a few Passover favorites and Seder necessities including matzoh balls, charoset and more! Register to receive the Zoom link to join in.
If you want to cook along with David, you’ll need:
- Matzo meal
- Schmaltz (or neutral Kosher for Passover oil such as safflower or cottonseed)
- Salt and pepper
- Nuts (such as walnuts, almonds or cashews)
- Wine (sweet wine or whatever you plan to drink later)
- Sugar (optional)
- This event has passed.
