Together in Prayer for Turkiye and Syria

In-Person Event

Join Southwest Pennsylvania’s interfaith community for a vigil following the devastating earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria. Come together across our diverse faith traditions as we lament those who have died, seek healing for survivors, support our Turkish and Syrian neighbors, and ask divine mercy on all nations.

Co-sponsoring organizations include the Turkish Cultural Center, Christian Associates of Southwest Pennsylvania, the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh’s Community Relations Council, the Center for Loving Kindness at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, the Buddhist Society of Pittsburgh, AHINSA, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, the Southwestern PA Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Christ Church, Temple Emmanuel of the South Hills, Congregation Beth Shalom, and Temple Sinai.

Contact Rev. Liddy Barlow, lbarlow@casp.org, with questions or to add your organization as a co-sponsor.
