As the war in Israel continues, we recognize the importance of having a safe space to gather and would like to invite our community to our upcoming events.

Hone your self-defense skills and learn situational awareness in this three-part series.

Preparing the Mind and Body to Walk in Safety

Ninety percent of all self defense is proactive. Therefore, this seminar will be both lecture and hands-on training. There will be a PowerPoint presentation on eliminating the elements that draw the attention of a would-be assailant. Hands-on training will consist of defenses against common attacks perpetrated on women. You will learn how to use your body as a weapon against vulnerable areas to attack an assailant.

Registration coming soon.

Session 1: March 3, 3:30-6:30 pm
Session 2: March 6, 7:00-8:00 pm
Session 3: March 13, 7:00-8:00 pm

All sessions are offered at no cost to participants thanks to generous grant funding from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD).
