Young Adult Fitness Club at Orange Theory

Orange Theory Fitness

YAD Fitness Club is kicking off with a class at Orange Theory in East Liberty! We’ll also have So Fresh food donated after class, so stick around! Class is limited to 39 participants, so register early. All participants must review the Orange Theory Rules and Policies and complete their Client Intake Form prior to the event.

Orange Theory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training endurance, strength, and power. We use heart-rate based interval training, which burns more calories post workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our exclusive OTbeat heart rate monitors, your real time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our certified coaches lead the workout to prevent you from over or under training.

DISCLAIMER: Our YAD Fitness Club classes have been generously donated by the participating gym or studio. For this reason, we ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you will be unable to make it. If you do not provide 12 hours notice, you will be unable to attend future Fitness Club events.
