YAD Fitness Club is going virtual again with F45 Training! F45’s trainers will help us work up a sweat and stay in shape while at home. You must register to receive the Zoom link.
- The workout can be done bodyweight only, but if you have weights at home we will show you how to integrate them into the exercises.
- Optional equipment is 1 heavy weight/object (10-30lbs) (ex. laundry detergent or backpack filled with books) and 2 light weights/objects (2-5lbs) (ex. soup cans or water bottles).
- Please play your own music, but we recommend doing so on a different device than accessing the workout.
You must review the Mindbody At-Home Waiver and confirm your review during registration.
