DESCRIPTION:Vision Pittsburgh is a relationship‑based cohort for adults ages 22–40 that reflects how the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh strengthens Jewish life while also helping build a safer\, more inclusive world through partnerships\, civic engagement\, and mutual understanding. \nHosted through the Community Relations Council (CRC)—Federation’s community relations and public affairs arm—this cohort emphasizes the CRC’s work to: \n\nBuild harmonious relationships within and beyond the Jewish community\nPromote understanding on issues affecting the Jewish community locally and beyond\nEngage in public policy issues and education (through relationship‑building rather than rhetoric)\nSupport the State of Israel in a way that keeps relationships intact\, grounded in values and lived experience\n\nAudience fit: The Federation’s YAD (Young Adult Division) commonly centers this life stage; this cohort is built for the schedules\, networks\, and leadership growth of adults 22–40. The ideal candidate will be an early- mid-career professional or graduate student.
