Jewish Community Study Results are Big News

I’ve written enough (for now) about the 2017 Greater Pittsburgh Jewish Community Study funded by the Jewish Community Foundation of the Federation. Instead, I’ll let our local media share their insights with you:

In the words of Matt Boxer who is one of the key researchers at Brandeis University with whom we worked closely: “We have finished the hard part. Now it’s time for the hard part.”  This next hard part is taking what we have learned, identifying trends and areas for improvement and making appropriate changes to best address the needs of our Jewish community of 2018 and beyond.

The Federation is looking forward to working with all interested parties!

Shabbat Shalom.

P.S.  You can download the entire study here.
