The Lev Society invites you to join us for dinner with our special guest speaker Yona Bartal, formerly the Deputy Director of the Israeli President’s Office and lifelong friend of Shimon Peres.

Attendees will receive a copy of Yona's new book Inside the Room Where it Happens as well as the opportunity to have it signed and take pictures with her. Yona will also give an exclusive presentation on her memoir that provides a glimpse into the most well-kept secrets in global diplomacy as she recounts and exposes crucial and sometimes confidential meetings and events that helped shape the Middle East.

Yona Bartal
Author of "Inside the Room Where it Happens".
Yona Bartal had a long and exciting career as the deputy director of the Israeli President's Office, working with Prime Ministers Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres. She recounts crucial and confidential meetings and events that helped shape the Middle East in her book "Inside the Room Where it Happens". After Shimon Peres' passing, she founded the Shimon Peres Circle for Peace and Innovation and continues to direct it today. Throughout her career, Yona Bartal took part in bilateral meetings with global decision-makers and helped solve humanitarian crises both locally and abroad.
