This interactive session will provide Athletic Directors at K-12 schools practical insights and tools to help them support Jewish students in their athletic programs while promoting a culture of respect and inclusion across all teams. Topics will include:

  • An overview of Jewish identity, traditions, and key holidays that may impact scheduling and participation
  • Common misconceptions and how to address them in school sports settings
  • Strategies for creating inclusive team cultures and preventing bias or exclusion
  • Real-world scenarios and best practices from athletic programs

Whether you’re looking to strengthen your current approach or deepen your understanding, this training offers actionable guidance and a welcoming space for discussion and learning.
