What is a Matching Gift Program?
A matching gift program is a corporate initiative where companies match their employees' charitable donations to eligible nonprofits. Simply put, when an employee donates to a qualified organization, the company will also contribute, effectively doubling the impact of the donation! Matching gift programs encourage employees to give back to their communities while amplifying the reach of charitable contributions.
