Join us to hear from experienced coach, Rae Ringel, how every essential leadership skill is embedded in asking someone for a gift. It involves showing up with presence, deep listening, building relationships, managing anxiety, working through resistance, telling a compelling story and much more. A solicitation is an opportunity to make a meaningful personal connection, to have a value-based conversation and to help someone participate in the gift of giving.
