Looking to incorporate mindfulness into your routine and make meaningful connections with others? Join us from 8am to 8:45am every Thursday for open meditation. We will engage in individual, quiet meditation for approximately twenty minutes, followed by approximately twenty minutes of group reflection, thoughts and warm community-building.
Everyone of all experience levels is welcome! No registration is required. These sessions are free. JCC membership not required to attend.
