JPro Pittsburgh helps people who work in the Jewish nonprofit sector build their skills, advance their careers and amplify their ability to contribute to community vitality.

This class is open to professionals working for Jewish organizations in Pittsburgh.

Are you a professional working in the Jewish community and looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with peers? This 18-session course, based on the teachings of Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, explores the essence of Judaism through rich discussions and accessible texts. You don’t need any prior background.

Meet the Rabbi

Rabbi Danny SchiffRabbi Dr. Danny Schiff is the H. Arnold and Adrien B. Gefsky Community Scholar. He is a noted teacher and researcher in Jewish ethics. The Gefsky Community Scholar position is endowed by the H. Arnold and Adrien B. Gefsky Endowment Fund of the Federation’s Jewish Community Foundation.
