Vision Pittsburgh is a relationship‑based cohort for adults ages 22–40 that reflects how the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh strengthens Jewish life while also helping build a safer, more inclusive world through partnerships, civic engagement, and mutual understanding.

Hosted through the Community Relations Council (CRC)—Federation’s community relations and public affairs arm—this cohort emphasizes the CRC’s work to:

  • Build harmonious relationships within and beyond the Jewish community
  • Promote understanding on issues affecting the Jewish community locally and beyond
  • Engage in public policy issues and education (through relationship‑building rather than rhetoric)
  • Support the State of Israel in a way that keeps relationships intact, grounded in values and lived experience

Audience fit: The Federation’s YAD (Young Adult Division) commonly centers this life stage; this cohort is built for the schedules, networks, and leadership growth of adults 22–40. The ideal candidate will be an early- mid-career professional or graduate student.
