Wishing you a Happy Passover!

The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh’s Security Team wishes you a Happy Passover! There will not be a newsletter next week.

Please Be Aware

Local police have been notified about Passover services as well as communal Seders; you may see an increased police presence at some of our locations in an abundance of caution.

We are actively monitoring the threat environment for the Passover holiday. Please continue to be vigilant and report anything suspicious to 911 and then to us. See the SCN bulletin here: SCN Bulletin: 2026 Passover Threat Assessment

The 2026 NFL Draft is less than a month away. If you’re planning on attending any of the events surrounding the Draft, please see this helpful guide created by Visit Pittsburgh: 2026 NFL Draft Pittsburgh | Official Fan Guide & Visitor Info | Visit Pittsburgh

So far in 2026 we have logged 65 incidents in our Virtual Command Center which is in comparison to 62 at this time last year. Please continue to report any suspicious incidents via the Incident Report Form.
