Pakistani national Muhammad Shahzeb Kham, also known as Shahzeb Jadoon, has pled guilty to “attempting to commit acts of terrorism and carry out a mass shooting with automatic weapons” that was planned for October 7, 2024. The attempted attack was to take place at a prominent Jewish center in Brooklyn, New York and was inspired by ISIS. Six individuals were arrested on Monday, March 30, for Federal Hate Crimes and Obstruction of Justice charges pursuant to a physical assault on a Jewish PITT student in Oakland. The student was wearing a Star of David necklace and that is what allegedly prompted the assault. We will continue to update you on the status of this case.
