Please Be Aware
On Aug 30th, Hardy Lloyd was ordered to be detained by a federal judge out of the Northern District of West Virginia. The day prior, Lloyd was indicted by a federal grand jury on a three count indictment for Obstruction of Due Administration of Justice, Transmitting Threats in Interstate and Foreign Commerce, and Witness Tampering (see article below for more detail).
