For awareness, there is a planned protest at Schenley Plaza today, March 14th at 5 pm, part of which will include opposition to Mahmoud Khalil’s arrest by ICE and detainment for leading “activities aligned with Hamas” at Columbia University. Organized by National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), today’s protest falls under a “day of action,” which has continued for several days. We are hosting a PCCD Security Grant Workshop on Thursday, March 27th, from 6–7:30 pm at our Jewish Federation office. So far in 2025, we have logged 62 incidents in our Virtual Command Center. This compares to 47 for 2024. We continue to collaborate closely with law enforcement to monitor potential threat activity. Please continue to report any suspicious incidents via the Incident Report Form.

BluePoint Status
BluePoint installation at Upstreet is now complete. Riverview is scheduled to begin next week. Charles Morris and Yeshiva Boys installation to follow. BluePoint has now been installed in 30 of the 33 locations. Police boxes have been installed at 18 of our organizations.
