Secure Community Network (SCN) issued a bulletin this week projecting an elevated threat level during Passover. The threat potential is exacerbated due to ongoing tensions between Israel and Hamas. Remain vigilant and report suspicious behavior to 911 and us via our incident report form. The bulletin is here: SCN Bulletin: 2025 Passover Threat Assessment.

We are hosting a PCCD Security Grant Workshop on Thursday, March 27th, from 6–7:30 pm at our Jewish Federation office. Learn the keys to success for obtaining this grant, including best practices for budgeting, narrative writing and implementation. Space is limited. Please RSVP to [email protected] if you are planning to attend. For more information, please see the PCCD State Security Grant Workshop flyer.

So far in 2025, we have logged 72 incidents in our Virtual Command Center. This compares to 53 for 2024. We continue to collaborate closely with law enforcement to monitor potential threat activity. Please continue to report any suspicious incidents via the Incident Report Form.
