The Office of the National Director of Intelligence issued its March 2025 Annual Threat Assessment of the U.S. Intelligence Community report that included the following, “Even in degraded form, Hamas continues to pose a threat to Israeli security. The group retains thousands of fighters and much of its underground infrastructure and probably has used the ceasefire to reinforce and resupply its military and munitions stock so that it can fight again. Hamas is capable of resuming a low-level guerilla resistance and remaining the dominant political action in Gaza for the foreseeable future. Low expectations on all sides that a ceasefire will endure and the absence of a credible post-fighting political and reconstruction plan, portend years of instability. While Hamas’ popularity has declined among Gazans, its popularity remains high among West Bank Palestinians, especially relative to the Palestinian Authority (PA). After several months of planning, the University of Pittsburgh has formed a working group to help combat Antisemitism and make campus safe and inclusive. Please see the article below for more on this group.
SCN issued a bulletin projecting an elevated threat level during Passover. The threat potential is exacerbated due to ongoing tensions between Israel and Hamas. So far in 2025, we have logged 91 incidents in our Virtual Command Center. This compares to 76 for 2024. We continue to collaborate closely with law enforcement to monitor potential threat activity. Please continue to report any suspicious incidents via the Incident Report Form.

BluePoint Status
BluePoint installation at Riverview will be completed by 4/11/25. Charles Morris and Yeshiva Boys installation to follow. BluePoint has now been installed in 30 of the 33 locations. Police boxes have been installed at 18 of our organizations, with 10 more locations to follow.
