The Department of Homeland Security issued a National Terrorism Advisory Bulletin dated June 22, 2025, regarding the threat to the United States (US) due to the Iran conflict. Because the US is in a heightened threat environment, low-level cyberattacks are likely against US Networks. Further, multiple recent Homeland terrorist attacks have been motivated by anti-Semitic or anti-Israel sentiment, and the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict could contribute to US-based individuals plotting additional attacks. Please remain vigilant and if you see something, say something. Read the full National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletine.
The Federal Non-Profit Security Grant (NSGP) budget has been increased to $335M from $305M as the Jewish and faith-based communities face an increased threat level. The committee’s original proposal had set funding for the program at $305 million, the same funding level in place in 2023, which had fulfilled less than half of the grant applications received at the time, before the spike in domestic antisemitism and antisemitic violence in the aftermath of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas terror attacks and ensuing war in Gaza.
So far in 2025, we have logged 183 incidents in our Virtual Command Center. This compares to 163 for 2024. We continue to collaborate closely with law enforcement to monitor potential threat activity. Please continue to report any suspicious incidents via the Incident Report Form.
