Stronger Together: A Call for Jewish Unity

The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh signed a joint statement calling for unity across Jewish organizations.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh joined with Jewish leaders and organizations across the U.S in signing a joint statement: “Let’s Stop the Infighting: A Call for Unity.” In a time of rising antisemitism, the statement is a reminder that what unites us as a community is far more important than what divides us. This call for unity reflects our belief that we are strongest when we stand together.

We the undersigned call upon every Jewish leader — religious and secular, progressive and conservative, young and old — to find common cause in the most fundamental of obligations: to ensure the safety, dignity and future of our people. Let our disagreements not divide us into paralysis or despair. Let them sharpen our thinking and deepen our commitments.
