On Oct. 30, community members in Karmiel, Israel, held a memorial on behalf of the victims from the three congregations in the Tree of Life building. Karmiel is in Pittsburgh’s “sister region” of Karmiel-Misgav. For more than 20 years, Pittsburgh and Karmiel-Misgav have been building relationships through the Partnership2Gether program.
