In this special talk in honor of 77 years since the founding of Israel, H. Arnold and Adrien B. Gefsky Community Scholar Rabbi Danny Schiff will focus on the history of the Jewish connection to the land, responses to current anti-Zionist claims and what the past can teach us about how we might move forward. This event will include time for networking and an enjoyable happy hour with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a dessert bar at the Federation building.
