Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh Hosts Series of Events With Sharaka to Foster Cross-Cultural Dialogue

Sharaka event at JCC Squirrel Hill on March 2 at 7 PM

The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh is pleased to announce the visit of a delegation from Sharaka to promote dialogue, understanding and cooperation between diverse communities. The Federation is partnering with the Beacon Coalition and StandWithUs to facilitate a series of events. Sharaka, an organization dedicated to strengthening relationships between Israel and the Arab world, will engage with students, community leaders, and the general public through discussions, lectures and interfaith gatherings.

An event open to the entire community will take place on Sunday, March 2 at 7 PM at the JCC in Squirrel Hill. Register jewishpgh.org/event/sharaka.

This event is part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh’s ongoing efforts to create meaningful engagement around interfaith and intercultural dialogue.
