The struggle over Israel’s judicial reform is making headlines around the world. But what is really at stake? In this special CLE, Rabbi Schiff will detail the history, the context, the issues, and the future ramifications of this deeply contested issue. While this will be a legal presentation that will offer comparisons with US law, the session will be fully understandable for those who are not attorneys.
