Who doesn’t love a first look, a chance to experience something special before everyone else in the city? Your funny bone will be operating on overdrive at the dress rehearsal for “Off the Record: One Single Yinzer Nation!,” where you will be treated to the 26th annual musical satire that tackles and tickles Pittsburgh news and newsmakers.
This year’s performance, with sassy songs, dances and comedy, will be a “show within a show” as Pittsburghers audition for “Off the Record.” Yes, it borrows a page or two from “A Chorus Line” and comes courtesy of the Newspaper Guild of Pittsburgh, SAG-AFTRA Ohio-Pittsburgh and United Steelworkers.
Proceeds benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
Dress rehearsal starts at 7:30 PM, Wednesday, October 14, at the Byham Theater.
Doors at 7:15 PM.
