Kibbutz Eshbal, a long-standing recipient of Federation support, is an educator's kibbutz located in Misgav. The kibbutz works with at-risk youth, oftentimes from the Ethiopian-Israeli community or new immigrants, and shows them that they can have a bright future with the leaderships skills they gain from their various programs.
