Please Be Aware
Monday will start the third and final phase of the synagogue shooting trial, the penalty phase. The government will present several days of testimony, largely victim impact statements, followed by approximately one week of defense witnesses. The government will then provide some rebuttal testimony. Pending any significant changes, the jury should begin deliberating on the appropriate penalty during the week of July 31st.
Please continue to report white supremacy stickers or flyers observed to us via the Incident Report form and include a photo of the flyer or sticker.
